Remote support through us works with the help of a reliable and secure program named Team Viewer.

 

Step 1: Please download the setup file for Team Viewer :

Our tech will help you on the phone through the download and installation process. After completion of installation, the Team Viewer program generates a User ID and Password for your device on the left section under Allow Remote Control.

 

Step 2: Please give Your ID and Password to the tech over the phone.

 

If the remote connection can be established without any issue, the tech can see your computer screen as if he would be sitting in front of it and he can work on your computer while he is talking to you over the phone.

 

The connection between our computers during a remote support session is secured.

 

Once the remote support session has ended and you quit the Team Viewer program and restart your system, the password becomes invalid. We cannot connect to your computer anymore until you start the program again and give us a new password.
